Mike Byam
Mike Byam is the author of The WOW! Workplace, and Managing Partner of the Terryberry Company, an international firm that specializes in developing, implementing, and managing employee recognition programs for organizations worldwide. Mike has presented recognition seminars for groups around the globe. He has also consulted with hundreds of organizations - from family businesses to Fortune 500 companies - to develop recognition strategies for employee retention and performance improvement. When he is not busy championing the advancement of employee recognition awareness around the globe, Mike is an Ironman triathlete and multi-time marathoner. His experiences lend him a unique perspective on personal motivation and inspiration, and how they affect everyone in today’s fast-changing workplace.
Bill Bergstrom
Bill Bergstrom is the National Recognition Manager for Terryberry Company. Bill honed his skills in team motivation and performance improvement on the Indy Car racing circuit, as Car Chief for PacWest Racing Group. The concepts of individual and team motivation were instrumental on a day-to-day basis to gain a competitive edge in the industry. Bill has taken these skills for inspiring and recognizing excellence into his position in the employee recognition industry, where he currently serves as the National Recognition Manager at Terryberry. Bill has consulted with organizations ranging from family businesses to fortune 500 companies, formulating and implementing recognition programs that focus on workforce talent retention and performance improvement. Greg Butterfield is a Partner and Senior Recognition Consultant for Terryberry Company, an international firm specializing in employee recognition systems. Greg brings more than 25 years of experience in the field of recognition. He has consulted with organizations ranging from family businesses to Fortune 500 companies on developing and implementing recognition programs for talent retention and performance improvement. In addition, Greg’s advanced degree in educational psychology, together with his experience in a counseling role, has uniquely equipped him with an understanding of the behavioral and psychological impact of recognition.

Alex brings more than 10 years of experience in the field of recognition.
